Delivery and collection

Version 0.1 (pilot) · Effective 23 September 2026

Coverage and address

The methods available for your item and destination are shown at checkout. Provide your region, district/municipality, locality, useful landmark and a reachable telephone number. A GhanaPostGPS address helps where available; it does not replace an accurate locality and contact. We will not promise coverage for a location that has not been confirmed.

The fee and delivery period are shown before purchase. If a location needs a special quotation, we obtain your agreement before charging or proceeding. There is no unannounced delivery surcharge at handover.

Methods

Home or workplace delivery is made to you or a recipient you authorise. For terminal collection or a pickup point, your order identifies the point, collection process, expected availability and any agreed collection period. We send an arrival notice and explain reasonable identity/collection checks. We do not require more personal information than is needed to release the parcel safely.

For delivery we arrange, merely handing a parcel to a carrier or terminal is not treated as your receipt. Risk transfers as set out in your Customer Terms. If you separately request an independent carrier outside our offered methods, we must agree the arrangement and any different lawful risk terms before proceeding; a courier note cannot silently change your contract.

Tracking and receipt

We provide the available status and contact route. Check the parcel for visible damage, wrong item or missing contents where reasonably possible. You may note an issue on receipt or contact support afterwards. A signature, PIN or “delivered” message does not waive rights relating to hidden faults, incomplete contents or misdelivery.

Do not give a delivery confirmation PIN before you or your authorised recipient receives the parcel. Delivery personnel do not need your mobile-money payment PIN, banking password or account-login code.

Missed delivery and uncollected items

If delivery cannot be completed, we explain the reason and offer the next available appointment or collection option. A customer-caused repeat attempt may attract a previously disclosed and agreed direct charge; a carrier or seller error is not charged to you. We do not automatically forfeit the purchase price because you were unavailable once.

For uncollected items, we issue reasonable reminders and a final notice explaining proposed return-to-sender steps and your cancellation/refund options. We do not declare your property abandoned or destroy it merely because the pickup period expired. Any storage charge needs a lawful, clearly agreed basis and must not override consumer remedies.

Delay, loss and damage

Tell support if a promised delivery is late, tracking is wrong or an item is missing. We investigate with the carrier and explain the remedy. Where the goods cannot be supplied, the applicable refund rules apply. You do not have to obtain compensation from our carrier before pursuing the seller's obligations.

If circumstances prevent the agreed delivery, we offer a clear revised arrangement for your agreement or explain cancellation. We will not extend the date repeatedly without your agreement or replace a missing unique used item with another device without asking you.

Returns

Use the return method confirmed by support. The public service address is not automatically a staffed return depot. We provide the return address or collection arrangement, by email or telephone, before you send the item. Fault-related collection and unwanted-goods returns follow the different cost and custody rules in the Returns Policy. Do not send damaged batteries through ordinary transport without agreed safe handling.
